Support for Teraflow apps — including PillIQ, ChecklistIQ, and Judo Timer JQ. Find answers below or email us.
ChecklistIQ
Personal lists and checklists that stay on your device. More tips are also in Settings → Help inside the app.
How do I add a photo to an item?
Open the item, then choose to add a photo from your library or take a new one with the camera. Photos come from the system picker or camera and are stored only inside ChecklistIQ on your device—they are not uploaded or analyzed online.
Why is a template list empty when I add it?
Some templates are intentionally blank starters so you can fill them with your own items. Others include sample structure—if a template looks empty, start adding items, or pick a different template that already includes content.
Can I add groups to a list I made myself?
Yes. Open your list and add a group (section) the same way you organize items in template lists. Groups help you split a long checklist into clear parts.
How do I keep a list at the top?
Pin or star the list from the list options so it stays at the top of your home screen. Unpin anytime to return it to normal order.
I deleted something by mistake
If you just deleted an item or list, look for Undo when it appears. Otherwise check whether the item was marked completed and hidden—show completed items again to recover it. Permanent deletes cannot be restored from the cloud because ChecklistIQ does not sync.
How do I reorder items?
Press and hold an item, then drag it to the new position. You can reorder within a list and, where available, move items between groups the same way.
Do my lists sync between devices?
Not in this version. Your lists stay on this device only. To copy content elsewhere, use Share as text (system share sheet) and send or paste it where you need it.
How do I hide items I have finished?
Mark items as completed, then use the list option to hide finished items. You can show them again anytime from the same menu.
Can I use Siri?
Where Apple supports it for ChecklistIQ on your device, you can use Siri Shortcuts to open the app or a list quickly. Check Settings → Siri & Search for available shortcuts after installing the app.
Judo Timer JQ
A complete judo tool for the mat — free by choice. Offline, no ads, no account.
Is Judo Timer JQ free?
Yes. It is free by choice — a social project for the international judo community. There are no ads, no subscription, no locked features, and no account. Every mode is available to every dojo.
What modes does Judo Timer JQ include?
Shiai for full contests (match clock, scoreboard, golden score, osaekomi), Randori for practice intervals, plus a local library of referee gestures, rules, and contest history.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Everything runs on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync. The app makes no network requests of its own.
How do I correct a score mistake?
Long-press a score to correct a miscount. Corrections stop below waza-ari-awasete-ippon and below the third shido so contests finish through the score buttons. Use Undo to reverse the last call exactly.
What happens if I leave the app during a contest?
Match state is saved after every action and when the app backgrounds. When you return, the contest restores paused so the timer never restarts on its own.
Can I use landscape mode?
Yes. Turn sideways for the large Shiai scoreboard. You can also lock orientation in settings when you need the board to stay put mat-side.
PillIQ
How do I add medicines?

Is my data secure?

Can I use PillIQ for my entire family?
Yes. Create individual profiles for family, friends, or anyone you help keep organized — all in one private medicine cabinet.
Does PillIQ work offline?
Yes. PillIQ works fully offline. Your medicines, profiles, Health Diary, and travel kits stay on your device.
What is a travel kit?
Build travel kits using medicines you already have at home, so you can pack from your own inventory without buying duplicates.
How do expiration reminders work?
PillIQ tracks expiry dates and reminds you before medicines expire so you know what you have and when it expires.
Is PillIQ a substitute for medical advice?
No. PillIQ is an organizational tool, not a medical advisor. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
What languages does PillIQ support?
The app is available in 11 languages. No ads. No tracking. Free to use.
